The first sensory science wiki student competition was held from
November 10, 2009 through January 15, 2010, and awarded cash prizes of
$750, $500, and $250 to the first, second, and third best submission,
respectivey. The winners were:
- Catherine Lee, University of Minnesota, for Astringency
- Christie Ledeker, Kansas State University, for Labeled Magnitude Scale
- Natnicha Bhumiratana, Kansas State University, for Emotion Scales
