Reservation Deadline
The 2020 SSP Conference rates are available until
October 6, 2020, or until rooms sell out, whichever comes first. Please make your reservations early for the best rates and room availability.
Reservation Cancellations
Cancellations are made directly with the hotel. Reservations cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival will incur a one night's room and tax cancellation fee.

The Hyatt Regency Savannah is the only property holding the 2020 SSP Conference group rate. Booking a room at a contracted hotel under the official conference room block benefits you and supports SSP. When you “book within the block,” you help keep the conference registration fees lower, you help secure future conference sites, and you enable the association to provide important features that participants have come to enjoy. Please book responsibly.

DO NOT book through outside agents claiming to represent SSP or the 2020 SSP Conference. There are NO third-party companies authorized by SSP to book your hotel accommodations for you. These companies may be offering hotel rates that are above/below the discounted rates published above. No one can book hotel rooms at rates lower than the above contracted rates over the 2020 SSP Conference dates at our designated hotel.
These organizations may ask for full payment up front. Please also be advised that once you sign any agreements (i.e., credit card authorization forms), SSP cannot guarantee that a room will be available to you.
