Biographical Statement
Asmita Singh is a scientist with a passion for knowledge sharing and mentoring and she is dedicated to uplifting the sensory community. Based in Minneapolis, MN, Asmita currently works at General Mills as a Product Guidance Strategist for their Retail Meals and Foodservice portfolio. With a PhD in Sensory and Consumer Science from the University of Arkansas, she brings a strong academic foundation to their work. Asmita served SSP as Student Representative during 2018-2022 and is excited to contribute to a new capacity, as an early career professional.
