Member, Nonmember, and Student registration fees include a ticket to the Gala and entrance to technical sessions and exhibits.
Single Day registration includes entrance to the technical sessions and exhibits on the day of registration. Single Day registration does not include a ticket to the Gala and attendees must purchase a ticket to attend the event.
Guest tickets to the Gala are available for purchase. Guests do not have access to the sessions or exhibit hall. Coworkers and business associates are not considered guests and must pay the applicable registration fees.

Photo Release
Photographs will be taken at the 2018 SSP Conference for use in promotional materials after the meeting has concluded. By registering for this meeting, you agree to allow SSP to use your photo.
Attendees from Outside the United States
Recently, the United States has updated its visa policies to increase security for citizens and visitors, so the process of applying for your visa may have changed from the last time you applied or may take longer. Please visit the
U.S. Visa website for official information. The Department of State encourages you to apply for your visa as soon as possible. Some consulates may have backlogs in scheduling visa interviews so applicants should contact the consulate to find out how long the wait is for an interview. Visa wait times are available at

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Registration cancellations must be made in writing and received by SSP no later than August 22, 2018 and are subject to a $100 processing fee. Ticketed events will be fully refunded. Ticketed events and meeting registration cancellations received after August 22, 2018, are not subject to a refund. SSP reserves the right to cancel any ticketed event should registrations not meet the minimum number of participants required. In the event of an SSP-cancelled event, SSP will fully refund registration fees for the cancelled ticketed event. SSP is not liable for nonrefundable airfares or ticket change penalties imposed by the airlines. By registering for this meeting, you agree to the cancellation and refund terms and conditions.
