Based on the success of previous conferences, this event will continue to advance the field of sensory evaluation and will be an opportunity for attendees to share knowledge, exchange ideas, and network and educate one another. Put your company front and center at the SSP Conference by ordering a booth.

Included in the exhibit price is 1 6-foot table with black skirting & 8-foot black back drape, 2 chairs, a wastebasket, signage, and 2 complimentary show floor passes (includes happy hour on Wednesday; a.m. break on Thursday & lunch on Thursday). Exhibitors will need to register for the full SSP Conference if they would like to attend any sessions or additional events or food functions, including the Gala. Gala tickets will be available for purchase when registration opens in 2022.

​Exhibitors Services Manual​ (ESM) for​ exhibitors is now available. Providing information on shipping to the conference along with other pertinent information for the table tops. Electricity can be ordered through the hotel; order form and pricing will be included in the ESM.​

Exhibitors must register to receive Exhibitor show floor passes, which include exhibitor-level registration and access to the exhibit hall.

The Exhibitor show floor pass includes the Wednesday Happy Hour, a.m. break & lunch on Thursday and access to the exhibit area. Passes do not include access to any technical programming or the Gala. Exhibitors who wish to attend any programming must register for the full conference and those who wish to attend the Thursday night Gala must either register for the full conference or purchase a ticket to the Gala.

Every exhibiting company is entitled to two complimentary show floor passes. All exhibiting attendees, including complimentary passes, must register.
