Exhibitor rate: $1800 to exhibit.

• 8’x10’ booth
• 1 6 ft skirted and draped table
• 2 chairs

Exhibitor show floor passes include exhibitor-level registration and access to the exhibit hall. They do not include access to any technical programming or events, including the Gala. Exhibitors wishing to attend sessions or conference events (including the Gala) will need to register. 

Each exhibiting company receives two complimentary show floor passes. If you need additional passes, please contact Cindy Anderson (651-994-3848; canderson@scisoc.org).

Information regarding freight shipment and ordering additional items for your booth (including electricity) will be sent out by the decorator in the near future.

Fill out your Exhibit Order Form now! Priority placement will be granted based on order submission and payment received on a first come, first served basis.

If you do not hear from headquarters within two weeks of submitting your form, please contact Cindy.

Exhibit schedule:

The Cocktail Reception on Wednesday and lunch and breaks on Thursday will take place on the show floor.
