Dixon.jpegKay Dixon is a highly regarded professional in the compliance industry, with more than 15 years of experience in navigating the regulatory landscape governing advertising, marketing, products, and digital and mobile products. Kay currently serves as an advertising standards and practices manager for Comcast Universal’s NBC Broadcast Network unit in New York City. In her role she liaises with agencies and advertisers to ensure their advertising materials comply with NBC’s guidelines, as well as many federal and state mandated laws and regulations by the FCC, the FDA, and the FTC. During the early stages of her career, Kay spent more than a decade in standards and practices for powerhouse cable networks, including Viacom Media Networks (Nickelodeon Networks) and Turner Broadcasting Networks (Entertainment and News Networks).

Kay completed her undergraduate degree in public relations from Georgia State University and received her M.S. degree in marketing and management from the University of Maryland.
