Young.pngSharon Young has worked in Research & Development at Procter & Gamble for 23 years, specializing in baby care, hair, and skin science. She has several patents and currently holds the position of principal scientist/engineer.

Sharon’s recent responsibilities included providing technical substantiation for Baby Care consumer communication and advertising. This includes definition, test method development, and data alignment with advertisers, regulatory authorities, and other professionals. She has recently rejoined Hair Care working in a similar capacity. She also is a technical expert on substantiation for consumer communication and has presented data to a number of regulatory bodies globally. Sharon has a B.S. degree in chemical engineering from the University of Massachusetts.
